Das Forschungskonsortium NextVegOil will ein Verfahren entwickeln, um in Zukunft aus landwirtschaftlichen Abf\u00e4llen gro\u00dftechnisch ein mikrobielles \u00d6l zu erzeugen, das Palm\u00f6l \u00e4hnelt.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Palm\u00f6l ist eines der meist verwendeten pflanzlichen \u00d6le der Welt.&nbsp;Die Herstellung von Palm\u00f6l und der Anbau von \u00d6lpalmen sorgt allerdings f\u00fcr den Verlust von \u00d6kosystemen und Artenvielfalt. Zudem sind die Transportwege f\u00fcr Palm\u00f6l sehr lang.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Die Forscher haben nach eigenen Angaben einen Weg gefunden, auf Basis des Pilzes Ustilago maydis ein mikrobielles \u00d6l zu erzeugen, das dem pflanzlichen Palm\u00f6l sehr \u00e4hnlich ist.
